Located on the ground floor, The Old Bakery Suite is steeped in history. It is home to the traditional bread oven, which was originally used in the 18th century to bake bread for the town of Zurrieq. Remarkably, this oven has been preserved in its original state, remaining untouched and perfectly intact, offering a glimpse into the area’s rich culinary heritage.
This room is a comfortable double bedroom with an ensuite, providing a serene and cozy retreat for our guests. The historical oven adds a unique charm to the room, making it a truly special experience for anyone seeking a blend of history and modern comfort.
This cozy and charming room at Kappella Boutique is full of authentic character, featuring original 350-year-old Maltese stone walls and exposed wooden beams that preserve the soul of the house. Though compact, it offers a warm and intimate atmosphere, perfect for solo travelers or couples.
The room is furnished with a comfortable king-size double bed, ensuring a restful stay. A small window overlooks the quiet internal yard, letting in soft natural light. It also includes a very nice private ensuite with a traditional shower, blending comfort with rustic elegance.
Room 4 at Kappella Boutique is a cozy twin room, ideal for friends or solo travelers looking to share a space with charm and history. This room preserves its original 300-year-old Maltese stone walls and wooden ceiling beams, offering an authentic and rustic experience.
A lovely window overlooks the terrace of the internal yard, making this the only room with such a feature—adding a peaceful and picturesque touch. Historically, the room was used as a storage space for wood and animal tools, and the traditional ceiling beams are still visible today.
